BarkBoard (“the App”) is a platform connecting clients seeking dog training services with professional trainers. This document outlines terms related to purchases within the BarkBoard app.

2. Definitions

• In-App Purchases: Digital goods or services bought inside BarkBoard.
  
  
• Service Purchase: Purchase of dog training sessions (by clients) or app subscriptions/features (by trainers).
  
  

3. Client Purchases of Dog Training Services

3.1 Clients may purchase dog training services through BarkBoard.

3.2 All purchases are processed securely within the app and confirmed by the trainer.

3.3 Clients acknowledge that BarkBoard is a platform only and does not provide training services directly.

3.4 All purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.

3.5 Clients agree to honor all scheduled training sessions and terms set by the trainers.

4. Trainer Purchases of App Services

4.1 Trainers may buy app services, including subscriptions and premium features.

4.2 All payments are processed securely through BarkBoard.

4.3 Trainer purchases are final with no refunds or cancellations allowed.

4.4 BarkBoard may suspend or terminate trainer services if payments are not made as required.

5. Payment Terms and Taxes

5.1 Prices may include applicable VAT under UK law.

5.2 Clients and trainers are responsible for taxes or fees imposed by authorities.

5.3 BarkBoard reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms with notice.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 No refunds or cancellations are permitted for any purchases made through BarkBoard, whether by clients or trainers.

6.2 All purchases are considered final upon completion of the transaction.

7. Liability

7.1 BarkBoard disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of training services.

7.2 BarkBoard is not liable for any damages related to purchases or services on the platform.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to UK courts.
